C.K. Garden Co. Limited will provide the following training for the staff to ensure they are competent to their works in accordance with the contractual requirements or occupational safety requirements.
Professional Training
C.K Garden Co. Limited provide Training programmes preparing and arranging for on-site supervisory and
operational staff before the commencement of the Services to ensure the staffs are capable and competent to the work for the contract.
All new staff must attend the induction training as per the training programme.
The Contract Manager / Horticulture Manager shall assess the staff’s daily operation performance after training.
The Contract Manager / Horticultural Manager shall conduct the Staff Performance evaluation at least once a year. The staff Appraisal shall be Kept in Head Office.
The Contract Manager / Horticultural Manager shall assess the staff whether competent
and capable to the relevant skills and works, and identify the need of the staff training on
the staff appraisal. The key assessment criteria are the following items:
